Is it just me or is anyone ready for cooler weather?
We went the park this morning for an hour. And it was HOT!! Unfortunately we have a lot more summer to endure here in Texas. Can't wait.
Going swimming this afternoon b/c I have to beat the heat!

I use to work in Human Resources doing benefits, but after my beautiful daughter, Grace, was born in February of 2006 I decided to become a Stay-at-home Mom. We had our second daughter, Emma, in March of 2008 and our third and final little girl, Layla, in March of 2011. We feel wonderful blessed to have three little girls running around our house! uh yeah... i SO have the summer blues! so ready for fall.. the crisp air. the ability to be out for hours and not mind! i'm not much for the outdoors so i'm definitely ready! enjoy your swim!
IT IS HOT, UGH! Just wanted to wish you luck with your surgery. We will certainly keep you in our prayers!
I have to laugh because Kenz got into my ski hats and gloves today... I dont think we'll ever need those, the way this summer is going!!I cant wait for the fall...
I am ready for fall too....I love football, crispy morning air and all of the holidays that go with it. Ahhhhhhh.....how many more months do we have?!?!?
It's Africa hot here too! And MUGGY! I was complaining last week because it's been raining every day for over a month and I thought we were going to float away, but it has kind of kept the temperatures down. But the rain subsided on Saturday and the last 3 days have been unbearable. Now I'm yelling, "BRING BACK THE RAIN!" When I lived in TX, my best friend would never go swimming with us when it was over 100. She would say, "It's too hot to go swimming" and one day it dropped down to 92 and she said, "It's too cold to go swimming!"
It has been hot here in Denver too... very dry though, it feels like you are opening the oven door when you walk outside! It cools off a lot at night though, which is good. Fall can stay far, far away though, that means the snow is getting closer, nooooooooo!
