bagels ... Part II

So finally made my way to Panera Bread this morning and bought the remaining 7 they had. Seriously, it was only 9 in the morning and they only had SEVEN left. Oh well I got some so I was happy. Very happy! Then I head home after hitting Target (yes the nearest Target is also 30 minutes away from my house) and head to Walmart for groceries (the only grocery store in my town). While picking up some tortillas for dinner (I'm making some yummy sausage quesadiallas on the grill) I happen to notice EVERYTHING BAGELS sitting on the shelf in my walmart that is 3 minutes from my house. WHAT! Granted they aren't Panera Bread everything bagels, but hey I would have taken Pepperage Farms everything bagels in a heart beat this week. Why did no one tell me?? Honestly I've never noticed them before... maybe they sell quick too, but at any rate I drove 30 minutes when I could have driven 3. Oh well I guess I only wasted like $10 bucks in gas :)

hey - you could probably call ahead and order that certain kind - give it a try! Tell them you're pregnant! :)

When you're pregnant, you take what you can get. However, Panera can't be beat. Their French Toast Bagels are by far the best when you need just a bit of sweetness to your breakfast. I don't live far from Panera though so I think I would take Walmart too!

That's hilarious! I'm POSITIVE that the Panera bagels taste better than the kind in the package, though! It was totally worth the trip!

Girl...I FEEL your pain! I also live 30 min from the nearest Target, Starbucks, and chick-fil-a! And I live in a suburb of Orlando...like IN THE FREAKIN' CITY! What's up with everything outside of Texas being backwards like that?
